Warranty Policy
At Globber, we provide warranty against manufacturer’s defects, for the original owner, up to two years from the date of purchase from an Authorised Retailer. You must be the original owner and able to provide proof of purchase (email receipt is fine) and provide at least two photos of your scooter, one of the damaged part and one of the complete scooter.. Damage due to misuse, abuse, modification, and regular wear and tear is excluded. Warranty does not cover wheels or bearings, chips, scratches, chunking, flat spots, bending, snapping, cracking or other damage of parts that is a result of normal use. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, at no cost to the customer. Globber US LLC reserves the right to deny any warranty claim and will never issue credit or a cash refund.

Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product descriptions, pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. The Globber US LLC website is not intended for minors and may only be used by individuals who are over the age of majority in their country of residence and who are not barred from using the Globber US LLC by any applicable laws.

You are not allowed to use Globber US LLC in a manner that is not authorized by these Terms of Use, resell products that have been purchased for individual use through the site; collect or use our copyrights such as descriptions, photographs or any data from the Globber US LLC Site. Terms Of Sale
By placing an order on the Globber US LLC Site, you offer to purchase the products listed in your order. You may check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order to us on the checkout page. By submitting your order, you agree to pay for the Products you have ordered.
Online payment transactions are also subject to validation checks by your card issuer to verify your identity and ensure the security of the transaction. We do not control these checks. Furthermore, we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for your order.
Termination
Globber US LLC reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate your account, delete your profile and any of your User Generated Content, and restrict your use of all or any part of the Platforms for any or no reason, without notice, and without liability to you or anyone else.
