Warranty Policy

At Globber, we provide warranty against manufacturer’s defects, for the original owner, up to two years from the date of purchase from an Authorised Retailer. You must be the original owner and able to provide proof of purchase (email receipt is fine) and provide at least two photos of your scooter, one of the damaged part and one of the complete scooter.. Damage due to misuse, abuse, modification, and regular wear and tear is excluded. Warranty does not cover wheels or bearings, chips, scratches, chunking, flat spots, bending, snapping, cracking or other damage of parts that is a result of normal use. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, at no cost to the customer. Globber Scooters USA reserves the right to deny any warranty claim and will never issue credit or a cash refund.

This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product descriptions, pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Globber and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Globber believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Globber and its affiliates.

Globber shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Globber has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Globber without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.


Safeguard Your Username/Password

You are responsible for any actions that take place while using your Globber account. Keep your username/password secure, and do not allow anyone else to use your username/password to access your Globber account. We are not responsible for any loss that results from the unauthorized use of your username/password, with or without your knowledge. You agree to notify Globber immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.


Termination

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate your account, delete your profile and any of your User Generated Content, and restrict your use of all or any part of the Platforms for any or no reason, without notice, and without liability to you or anyone else.

Exchange and Return

  • Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. If you need to exchange or return, please send us an email at [email protected] with proof of purchase from https://www.globber.com/hk/en/
  • To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • If your exchange is approved,  you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay the difference. 
  • If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 working days.
  • Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping fees and other charges are non-refundable.

*Applicants will be responsible for all delivery fees and surcharges during the process of exchange or return.
