Kid Land proudly provides a 2-year warranty for Globber products against manufacturer’s defects for the original owner. For e-scooters, the battery is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, abuse, modification, wear and tear, or shipping. Wear and tear items, including but not limited to scooter wheels, handlebar grips, T-bar clamps, headset bearings, and 2-wheel scooter rear brakes, are not covered.
How to Qualify for Warranty
- You must be the original owner and provide proof of purchase.
- The product must be within the 2-year warranty period (1 year for e-scooter batteries).
- You must provide at least two photos: one of the damaged parts and one of the entire scooter.
- The defect cannot be due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or shipping damages.
How to Request a Warranty
- Contact [email protected] with your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Provide 2 photos of the product and a brief description of the issue.
Approved & Not Approved Claims
Our Q/A Team will assess each case, and you will receive a follow-up email with the following options:
- Approved Warranty Claims: It will be repaired or replaced at Kid Land's discretion at no cost. Delivery fees for such repairs or replacements may apply.
- Not Approved Warranty Claims: A quote will be provided, and upon confirmation, RoboLand will proceed with the necessary actions.
Kid Land reserves the right to take up to 10 working days to resolve any warranty claim.
