We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, our returns policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. All product packaging, certificates of authenticity, and other documentation must be included.

 

How to Return

Contact customer service ([email protected]) within 7 days to obtain a return authorization, providing your order number and reason for return.

Return the item securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be processed within 30 business days.

• Refunds: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as a gift card for future online use.
• Non-Refundable Items: Sale items cannot be refunded.
